Cancellation Policy
Thee Aesthetics Lab Cancellation Policy
At Thee Aesthetics Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy:
📅 Appointments
• A valid card on file is required to book.
• Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price.
💳 Fees
• Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited booking privileges.
