At Thee Aesthetics Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy:
📅 Appointments
• A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book .
• Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have their appointments cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in no longer being able to book future appointments.
